Sun Jun, deputy general manager and CTO of Suzhou Macrocore Semiconductor Co., Ltd., came to Suzhou from Shenzhen last year and worked in a semiconductor design and R & D enterprise. Innovation is driven by talents, and Suzhou has gradually formed a "strong magnetic field" to attract talents. In the past three years, nearly 2 million newly insured college students have been added. The number of entrepreneurship of national major talent projects ranks first in China for nine consecutive years, and the number of provincial entrepreneurship and innovation talents ranks first in the province for 15 consecutive years.
