Innovation is driven by talents, and Suzhou has gradually formed a "strong magnetic field" to attract talents. In the past three years, nearly 2 million newly insured college students have been added. The number of entrepreneurship of national major talent projects ranks first in China for nine consecutive years, and the number of provincial entrepreneurship and innovation talents ranks first in the province for 15 consecutive years. It has been selected as the "most attractive city in the eyes of foreign talents" for ten consecutive years and the best talent introduction city in China twice.
